Coming from a non-IT background, I wasn’t too sure which provider would be suitable for me to learn Software Testing (manual and automation) as I knew I would end up asking tons of questions in class. Not only was my trainer at Jenrac extremely patient and answered every question, she arranged extra support classes for me and a few others in the group which proved to be extremely helpful for us. I passed my certification exam on my first attempt after which I got my first interview call, which Jenrac had arranged within a few weeks. - Trival

Even after gaining real time project experience and hands on expertise during my training at Jenrac, my biggest fear was how I will go about doing my first job and what if I forget something which I have been taught or what if there is something I simply cannot do? I was unemployed for several months and that’s when a friend who had previously trained in Software Testing (manual and automation) with Jenrac advised me to take up the same course with them as it offered good job prospects. Because I did not have a natural interest in the subject, I thought I would find it extremely boring and would probably quit after a few days. But I was wrong. I remember how upset I was when I first approached Jenrac due to the bitter experience I had had previously with a different training provider, which resulted in me failing the SAP FICO certification exam. But my trainer at Jenrac taught me the subject in-depth and in a manner I hadn’t experienced previously and gave me the hope, support and tools that I required to re-embark on my mission of becoming a certified SAP FICO consultant. The real time project experience during my SAP training at Jenrac was invaluable as it provided me with the functional experience, subject knowledge and practical understanding that was vital in helping me secure my first job as an SAP consultant and also in helping me understand what the actual job of working as an SAP consultant involves. In all honesty, at first when we turned to Jenrac, we were sceptical of whether they could deliver, more so than any other reason due to sheer size of our organisational need, which required us to train 48 of our permanent employees as end-users in SAP across various modules and 4 of our employees as SAP consultants in FICO, HR, BI and SD.
