After years of travelling, learning and experiencing different cultures, whilst working as a Wellbeing Coordinator, I decided to return to my home town of Halton to continue to share my passion for Yoga, Contemporary Dance and living an active lifestyle! Graduating with a BPA in Contemporary Dance Performance in 2008 I knew I needed to keep exploring the body, which led me to the path of Personal Training and Yoga. In January 2015 I completed the Ashtanga&Vinayasa Flow (200hr TTC) at Sampoorna, India and I felt immensely energised and glowing, which i wish to pass on to others.
My classes are aimed at strengthening both the mind and body by moving through strong and powerful sequences of movement. Sun Salutations will form a strong foundation of the class as the heat and energy will serve you well and energizing and powerful postures will be entwined along the way to help you tap into your inner strength. Connecting to you inner strength, with an emphasis on empowerment and realisation of what you are capable of will not only develop your physical strength but also the way you approach your daily life.
